Unlike competing property developers, Fortuna Terra has established its own in-house turnkey solution – from the initial research and acquisition of a development site, through to the completion and refinance, rental, or sale. This means that we not only have full control over the process from start to finish, but that we can also ensure each acquired site has unrivalled potential, is built to our own quality standards, and successfully delivers above-average returns to our investors.

Freddie Porter

Managing Director

Freddie Porter began his career at J.P. Morgan within the investment banking division, where he gained substantial experience in capital markets and complex financial structuring.

Subsequently, Freddie specialised in real estate private capital raising, successfully securing in excess of £100 million across a range of debt and equity instruments. In parallel, he has overseen the sale of property assets totalling more than £250 million.

Freddie is currently a joint venture development partner in two active schemes with a combined gross development value (GDV) exceeding £15 million. Under his leadership, Fortuna Terra has established a development pipeline of approximately £50 million, which he is focused on delivering with a strong emphasis on quality, financial discipline, and long-term value creation.

Bobbie Bhogal

CHAIRMAN

Bobbie Bhogal holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Engineering, worked in Marketing at Mercedes-Benz, Retail Development at Vodafone before founding his first company e2save.com Ltd which he sold to The Carphone Warehouse Group in 2004. Went on to found several other businesses which culminated in a Software business Stickee Technology Limited which he sold to Opensignal Group (US firm) in 2024. Bobbie founded Omnicyber Security Limited which he currently oversees and using his extensive knowledge in business has recently begun to invest in Property.

Justin Hipkiss

CONSULTANT

Justin Hipkiss is an original co-founder and principle of Bentry Capital Limited. Bentry Capital is a development company specialising in the construction of residential apartment blocks, with these being both new build and office to residential conversion projects. Justin currently is delivering projects with an aggregate GDV of over £345 million in locations such as Manchester, Liverpool, London, Cheshire and Huddersfield.
